Call us, or e-mail us immediately - as soon as you receive your goods, you should inspect them right away. We pride ourselves on immaculate customer service and fairness. The digital proof along with e-mail and phone communication helps to identify the nature of the agreement that exists between us in terms of what we will produce and when it will be ready for you. It is your responsibility to communicate accurately and precisely with us what you want us to produce for you, and how much of it, and by when you need it. If we produce what you asked us to produce, but after seeing it you don't like it, we cannot and will not be held responsible for that. If we deliver what we agreed to deliver, we cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction on your part. However, if it turns out that the mistake was ours, such as we printed on a garment other than what was agreed upon, or we didn't print as many garments as was agreed upon, or the prints are substantially dissimilar to the digital proof, then we will work out a solution that will be fair to all parties involved. Be assured we make every effort to avoid mistakes, and they are fairly rare, but as we are all human, mistakes will happen from time to time. Also be assured that if a mistake does occur, we will be out in front of it, and will not delay in addressing and solving the issue.
